THE PROCESS
 

  1. WATER SOURCE
    The natural water resource is found at the 200 meter depth below the earth surface which is originally in form of spring water. Naturally, this water is not contaminated by any microorganism because of the natural filtration system. However, this natural resources need to be processed further to achieve the standard of edible water. This water source area is protected from insects or any kind of contamination through the air by building a housing over it, which is in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

  1. STORAGE
    The objective of storing the water in Storage Tank is to oxidize the water naturally, in which the organic of Fe-Oxidized in the water source can be separated from the water itself. The water is moved to the storage by going through a Cartridge Filter with 30 microns measurement. This filters out large size particles or objects as well as shorten the oxidizing time. This process results in Fe-Oxidized layer at the bottom of the storage and water at the top. Then, it is followed by Aging Process, in which 5 (five) storage processes are done continuously. At the end of the Aging Process, we will have a high quality water for further processing.

  1. OXIDISING - I
    The objective of injecting OZONE (O3) is to make sure that there is a perfect oxidising. This OZONE is found in Oxygen (O2). This perfection process results in clear and standard edible (drinkable) water.

  1. SAND FILTER
    Once it is oxidized, the water is processed through our Sand Filter Tank. This filter tank is built and organized by following the natural silicat (SiO) sand layers. It contains the gravel and silicon sand (Si) layers. Basically, this process balances the mineral contains of the water and the mineral needed by human body.

  1. CARBON FILTER
    Carbon is highly absorbance of colour, odour and mineral which is redundant to human body. Therefore, water after the carbon filter treatment is odorless, tasteless and colorless which are the 3 (three) main conditions for edible (drinkable) water, yet it still contains required and balanced mineral for the human body. This mineral is also the part of the Freshed Factor in the body.

  1. ULTRA FILTRATION
    Ultra Filtration is using Cartridge Filter which measures to absolute 1 micron. This ensures that proper filtration of any microorganism below or equal to 1 micron in size. Another assurance of high quality water which is safe and drinkable.

  1. OZONISATION PROCESS
    A proven warranty to our product “Sehat” water as a refreshing and healthy to the body, the last step of the production cycle is to ozonized before the packaging stage. Basically, ozonisation is the process of injecting OZONE to the water thus will become Oxygen. This process makes “AIR SEHAT” contains Oxygen for health and freshness of the water itself.

  1. FILLING PROCESS
    Filling is done in an aseptic room by using automated machineries. The whole process is strictly monitored and controlled including the operational personnel. Therefore, “Sehat” water is a high quality drinking water which can be consumed by everybody. Additionally, all filtration equipment is made of Stainless steel to avoid any iron pollution, again this is in accordance with General Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

  1. CAPPING PROCESS
    Similarly, capping is also done in an aseptic room with high technology equipment. IBIC Sdn Bhd uses “Screw Cap” for the water capping and it is designed for the purpose of durability and functionality. Meaning, these caps have been tested for leakage as well as the ease of opening and closing the water bottle during consumption time.

  1. CODING
    Coding is done to monitor the production and distribution of “Sehat” water. This helps in market expansion and traceability of our “Sehat” water.

  1. LABELLING, SEALING & VISUALISATION
    The finishing product is labeled and sealed. During which, we still visualize the product to avoid any defect before it is distributed to the market. This to ensure the highest possible of water quality when it reaches the customers.

  1. WAREHOUSING
    At SEHAT, all finish products are kept in a properly maintained warehouse. Similarly, our warehousing standard is based on the GMP standard. After all product testing condition is met, this is the last destination of the whole production process, before they are distributed to the market.

  1. PET BOTTLE PROCESS
    The small bottle pack (type 600 ML and 1500 ML) is produced by Making Bottle Machine. It is made of PET (Poly Etilene Triptelate) which produce bottle with high stability with water. PET itself is a kind of plastic seeds which currently still imported from Indonesia.

  1. BOTTLE MAKING PROCESS
    1500 ML and 600 ML bottles are produced with modern machineries. The whole bottle making process is handled automatically. Basically, the small pack bottle is made in several phases:

    • Injection Phase, where the melted PET is injected into mould to form the initial shape of the bottle

    • Moulding Phase, the shape of the bottle is almost finalized

    • Blowing Phase, this is a high pressure blowing which will shape the final bottle as you have seen in our 1500 ML and 600 ML bottle type.

  1. LABORATORY TESTING
    IBIC Sdn Bhd is equipped with a complete laboratory for product testing, starting from the process till the final product. Laboratory testing is done frequently and based on international recognized standard. We warrant the high quality of “Sehat” product because of the digital testing system support (Spectrophotometer, Digital Turbidymeter, Digital Conductivitymeter and more), plus the highly skilled personnel in charge. Additionally, we have also been receiving request from the public to do the testing on their sample water, which further recognizes our laboratory testing standard as well as a better service to our customer.
